Abstract

Companies strive to achieve long-term business sustainability through sustainable growth and sound financial performance. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk using the Du Pont System through a Time Series Approach and to interpret profit growth based on the development of net income and the components of the Du Pont System during the 2020–2024 period. The results indicate that the company's financial performance has not been optimal, as reflected by the stagnant Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Assets (ROA), despite relatively stable asset efficiency and capital structure. The decline in Return on Equity (ROE) at the end of the observation period indicates a decrease in the company's ability to generate returns for shareholders.
