The purpose of the study is to develop a software by pinching agile ux, asa measure of user satisfaction or need to online photography and videography services. The method is the scrum that serves to manage a project more efficiently, and it makes teamwork more effective and focused. The results of this study were developing a software that functioned asa function, from providers and users as well as photography and videography services, so they became more efficient and the published works became more optimized. The Major will also have an influence on students when they will continue their education to the university level. Therefore, students must be placed in majors that are in accordance with their abilities and desires so that they can complete their education well. To assist the school in providing advice on the division of student majors and provide more accurate results, the authors conducted research using the K-Nearest Neighbor method which will classify students so that they are classified into students majoring in science and social studies. K-Nearest Neighbor is used because it can classify student testing data in the case of class 2020 by adapting solutions from student training data in cases of class 2019 based on the data they have. Furthermore, so that student data that has been classified can be sorted based on the best value so that class division can be carried out according to the results of the sequence of students in each majors, the Weighted Product method is used. The Weighted Product method sorts student data based on criteria values that have different weight values. The results in this study provide the highest accuracy value for the K-Nearest Neighbor method using the k value configuration of 88% and the accuracy value 84% for using the Weighted Product method.
Kartika Rahmayani Yunita Yunita Kanda Januar ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-08-04 2022-08-04 15 2 168 178 10.33050/ccit.v15i2.2116 Disaster Victim Service Application at the Social Services of Tangerang District
The social service of Tangerang District is a government institution that caters to the social welfare problem and one of the services that will be discussed is the service of disaster victims in the district of Tangerang that have not been computerised so that the running system is less efficient. The process of service that is still having difficulty due to the collection of disaster victims is still far from the word accurate and to get the service should often visit the office so it takes a lot of wasted time. Since the system is running less efficiently, a Disaster Victim Service Application has been made which is computerized and runs more efficiently. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews, and literature study. In analyzing a system using the PIECES method (Performance), (Information), (Economy), (Control), (Efficiency), (Service) to make it easier to analyze the running system and provide solutions in making application programs and writers in making application design with visual modelling using UML (Unified Modelling Language) to make a diagram, Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as a programming language, and MySQL as a database to be used in the system. The results of the design discuss how to create a system that runs and the proposed system and the existence of this system can facilitate service employees in receiving accurate reports so as to shorten the time of handling in serving victims affected by disasters.
Ade Setiadi Sulaiman Sulaiman Fifit Alfiah ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-08-04 2022-08-04 15 2 179 190 10.33050/ccit.v15i2.2119 Development of the Concept Design of Rooftop Solar Power Plant Practice Tool
Solar energy source as an alternative to gain electrical energy continues to grow. This public complaint data is in text form and is not balanced in each category of regional apparatus, so we contribute to research to compare the performance of different text mining-based classification algorithms. In addition, we also tested the resampling method to overcome imbalanced data. In the final stage, testing is carried out using a multiclass confusion matrix table to show accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. The test results show the highest value in the Naïve Bayes algorithm with the ComplementNB model without resampling data, which is 89.58% accuracy, 86.72% precision, 82.40% recall, 84.09% f1-score. However, all scores decreased when combined with SMOTE resampling of 83.66% accuracy, 67.79% precision, 80.35% recall, 71.68% f1-score. Including the actual experience in the production of the difficulty of each process and color type, even the difficulty of the product type can also be affected. In this study, the prediction of the delay in the completion of pvd production was carried out using the C4.5 decision tree and Multilayer Perceptron data mining method approach using Production Results data at PT. Surya Toto Indonesia, whose results are expected to provide information and input for the company in making production plans in the future. The data testing method was carried out with 5 (five) testing times with different amounts of data to determine the level of consistency of accuracy obtained. C4.5 gives the results of a decision tree where the root is the color type and as the leaf is the product category, type type and order period. The average value of accuracy generated in the C4.5 decision tree method is 87.15%. While the Multilayer Perceptron obtained an average accuracy of 87.98%, which is greater than the decision tree method with a difference of 0.83%.
Arko Djajadi Winarno Winarno Abdullah Dwi Srenggini ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-08-04 2022-08-04 15 2 220 229 10.33050/ccit.v15i2.2314 Analysis of Student Performance in Using Chatbots for Guidance Reservations with Lecturers
Peran pasif terbukti menjadi metode yang tidak efisien dalam sebuah layanan informasi. Because the finances issued or used must be accurately informed. In this case, monitoring the operational expenses of the Regional Public Service Agency at the Emergency Ambulance Service Unit of the DKI Jakarta Health Service still has many obstacles. Constraints faced are such as the technical executor. The activity of submitting an accountability letter still has a long stage, the Verifier is not there so that the process of checking the accountability letter stops, the input of reports is carried out one by one by the Spending Treasurer using Microsoft Excel. The process of monitoring the operational expenses of the Regional Public Service Agency at the Emergency Ambulance Service Unit of the DKI Jakarta Health Office takes a long time. And another obstacle is the occurrence of classifying the type of operational expenditure. In this data analysis method, using Balanced Scorecard (BSC) analysis, system design uses Visual Paradigm to create UML (Unified Modeling Language), PHP programming language, MySQL to create databases. The result of this research is that an information system for monitoring operational expenditures of the Regional Public Service Agency can create and submit a letter of accountability and verification letters are carried out computerized, the Expenditure Treasurer no longer enters the general cash books one by one, the Expenditure Treasurer no longer classifies the types of operational expenditure in recap operational expenditure.
Nurwati Nurwati Yudi Santoso Nur Azizah ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-08-04 2022-08-04 15 2 250 259 10.33050/ccit.v15i2.2323 Design of Teaching Factory Practice Tools Concept, Perspective: Operation System on Solar Power Plant
Large-scale of solar power plants will continue to grow, especially in the tropical area. The poverty index or poverty rate is the percentage of the population in a province who is below the poverty line, which is the minimum in obtaining an adequate standard of living. In the government's efforts to reduce the level of poverty in a province, the government often provides special assistance programs for people belonging to the poverty line. Based on the explanations that have been discussed, a conclusion can be drawn. This research can be done using the Data Mining technique to group the total Poverty Index by Province in Indonesia using the K-Medoids Algorithm, then by determining the Clusters randomly. The results of this study are expected to assist the government in providing assistance to the affected population below the poverty line.
Muhammad Faisal Wiranti Sri Utami ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2022-08-05 2022-08-05 15 2 272 281 10.33050/ccit.v15i2.2311
