Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Distribusi Bantuan Bencana Berbasis Web Pada Koramil 09 Kaliwungu Kudus Untuk Peningkatan Efektivitas Respon Bencana

Abstract

Disaster is an event that causes damage and suffering, whether caused by natural or human factors. In disaster management, Koramil 09/Kaliwungu has a very important role, especially in distributing aid to affected communities. However, Koramil 09/Kaliwungu faces several problems in managing aid distribution, such as the use of Microsoft Excel to record aid recipient data that is inefficient and prone to errors. This results in data that is not well integrated, leading to the risk of providing aid that is not on target or multiple recipients. In addition, the problem of inefficient logistics and distribution coordination, as well as the lack of transparency in monitoring aid, worsens the situation. The lack of a support system also has an impact on the quality of service and slow response time in distributing aid. As a solution, the author proposes the development of a web-based aid distribution management information system, which can integrate data accurately, improve logistics efficiency, and provide transparency and accountability in aid distribution. This system is expected to facilitate distribution management, monitor aid in real-time, and support personnel in making faster and more targeted decisions
