Review Policy

BEFORE REVIEWING

Please consider the following points:

Is the article requested for review within your field of expertise?

If you receive an article covering topics that do not adequately match your area of expertise, please notify the editor as soon as possible. Do not hesitate to recommend alternative reviewers.

Do you have time to review the article?

Article reviews should be completed within two weeks. If you do not think you can complete the review within this timeframe, please notify the editor and, if possible, suggest alternative reviewers. If you agree to review the article but can no longer complete the work before the deadline, please contact the editor as soon as possible.

Are there any potential conflicts of interest?

Although a conflict of interest will not automatically disqualify you from reviewing the manuscript, it is important to disclose all conflicts of interest to the editor prior to reviewing. If you have any questions regarding potential conflicts of interest, feel free to contact the receiving editorial board.

6 (SIX) REVIEWER RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE EDITOR

Accept Submission: A recommendation where the reviewer deems the article suitable for publication without requiring any revisions.

Revision Required: A recommendation where the manuscript requires minor revisions, leaning towards declaring the article suitable for publication (the reviewer only conducts a single review round).

Resubmit for Review: A recommendation where the manuscript requires revisions and the reviewer requests to review it again after the author makes corrections. This resubmission process may occur multiple times.

Resubmit Elsewhere: A recommendation where the manuscript is rejected and suggested to be submitted to another journal (typically applied in multi-journal systems).

Decline Submission: A recommendation where the manuscript is rejected due to article quality concerns.

See Comments: The reviewer cannot provide a direct recommendation and leaves the decision to the Editorial Board.
