Digital development in education is driven by advances in information technology, including at SMP 2 Jekulo Kudus. The purpose of this research is to create and build an e-learning website that uses the Waterfall method effectively to support online learning. Requirement analysis is the first step in the development process, which determines functional requirements such as user management, learning material management, online exam system, discussion forum, and data security. In the design stage, the system is designed to be scalable, accessible, and easy to use. Implementation is done using contemporary web technology and thoroughly tested to ensure that all features run according to specifications. The results show that the e-learning platform can help teachers and students learn better by providing an interactive platform. Systems such as exams and online discussion forums increase student participation in learning, while structured material management makes it easier for teachers to deliver material. The website also provides solutions to conventional learning constraints, supports flexibility of access, and strengthens digital transformation efforts in the school environment.
