PT Shiba Sukses Sejahtera still relies on conventional bookkeeping practices to manage warehouse inventory, where stock transactions are recorded manually in ledger books before being recapitulated. This approach often prolongs the reconciliation process and increases the risk of inconsistencies between recorded data and actual physical stock, limiting the availability of accurate information for operational activities and managerial evaluation. To overcome these constraints, a web-based inventory system was developed to integrate the recording of incoming and outgoing goods within a centralized database environment. The system design was carried out using structured modeling techniques, while the application was implemented using PHP and supported by MySQL as the database management system. The implementation of this system contributes to a more organized administrative workflow, accelerates stock data retrieval, and reduces errors commonly associated with manual inventory management.
