Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has increased the demand for more effective and integrated service ordering systems. However, digital service ordering processes that still rely on instant messaging applications often encounter various challenges, including poorly documented order information, calculation errors, and delays in the confirmation process between customers and service providers. This study aims to design and implement a web-based digital service ordering and management system to improve business process efficiency and
service quality. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, which consists of requirements analysis, prototype design, testing, and system implementation. The developed system provides features such as service selection, automatic price calculation based on the selected service, automatic discount application, and WhatsApp integration for sending order summaries to customers. The implementation results demonstrate
that the system accelerates the ordering process, minimizes transaction calculation errors, and improves the accuracy of order management. In addition, the system enables customers to access service information and cost estimates instantly while assisting service providers in managing orders in a more structured manner. Therefore, the implementation of this web-based system enhances operational efficiency, transaction accuracy, and the overall quality of digital service management.
