The Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a forum for developing student potential in non-academic fields, including the formation of national defense character. UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur as a "National Defense Campus", requires students who receive KIP-K scholarships to participate in one of the three National Defense UKMs, namely the Student Regiment (MENWA), Nature Lover Students (MAHAPALA), and Scouts for at least one year. However, students often experience difficulties in choosing UKM that suits their potential and interests. This research aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Multi-Attributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) methods. The AHP method is used because of its ability to determine criteria weights hierarchically based on the value of each SME. Meanwhile, the MABAC method with the ability to handle multi-criteria decision making more accurately is used to rank alternatives based on weighted criteria. The combination of AHP-MABAC is complementary, where AHP provides valid and consistent weights, while MABAC utilizes the weights obtained to produce more objective recommendations. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method involving 52 students and 3 admins resulted in an acceptance rate of 78.37% for students and 76.67% for admins, which is included in the grade "B" category.
