The implementation of information systems in personnel management is an important strategy in supporting the realization of Good Governance principles in the government environment. The Banten Provincial Government has implemented the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) as an effort to improve the effectiveness, transparency, and accountability of civil servant data management. However, the implementation of the information system needs to be evaluated to ensure that the implemented system functions optimally and makes a real contribution to improving organizational performance. This study aims to analyze the implementation and evaluate the performance of SIMPEG in supporting Good Governance in the Banten Provincial Government. The research method uses a descriptive approach with the PIECES evaluation framework that covers the aspects of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. Data were collected through documentation studies, observations of personnel business processes, and interviews with system users. The results of the study indicate that SIMPEG is able to accelerate the personnel administration process, improve the quality and integration of information, reduce administrative costs, and strengthen control mechanisms and data security. In addition, this system contributes to improving work efficiency and the quality of personnel services. This research provides a scientific contribution in the form of a comprehensive evaluation of SIMPEG implementation using the PIECES framework at the provincial government level, which shows the strategic role of personnel information systems in strengthening the principles of information technology-based good governance.
