In many small and medium enterprises (SMEs), sales transaction and reporting processes are still conducted manually, which often leads to recording errors, delays in report generation, and difficulties in monitoring inventory in real time. These issues are also experienced by Toko Kue XYZ, where manual recording is still applied in daily operations. This study aims to design and develop a web-based cashier information system to improve transaction efficiency and sales reporting. The system was developed using the Agile/Scrum methodology, which allows iterative development and adaptability to user requirements. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The developed system includes features for product management, sales transactions, inventory control, and automatic real-time sales reporting. System testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results show that all system functions operate properly and meet operational requirements. The implementation of the web-based cashier information system is proven to accelerate transaction processing, improve the accuracy of sales records, and simplify sales reporting. Therefore, the proposed system serves as an effective digital solution to enhance operational efficiency in SMEs.
