Authors Responsibilities:

• Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published elsewhere.
• Authors must properly cite the work of others.
• Authors must not submit the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously.
• Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.

Editors Responsibilities:

• Editors are responsible for deciding which articles are suitable for publication.
• Editors must evaluate manuscripts objectively without discrimination.
• Editors must maintain confidentiality.

Reviewers Responsibilities:

• Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions.
• Reviewers must review manuscripts objectively.
• Reviewers must keep information confidential.

Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and will result in rejection.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to ICIT Journal undergo a double-blind peer review process.

Review Process:

1. Initial Review
The editorial team evaluates the manuscript for suitability, scope, and formatting.

2. Peer Review
The manuscript is sent to at least two independent reviewers.

3. Review Decision
Based on reviewers feedback, the editor will decide:

• Accept
• Minor Revision
• Major Revision
• Reject

4. Revision
Authors revise the manuscript based on reviewer comments.

5. Final Decision
The editor makes the final publication decision.

The review process typically takes 2–6 weeks.
