Author Guidelines

Innovative Creative and Information Technology (ICIT) Journal welcomes original research articles in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, and related disciplines. Submitted manuscripts must present significant scientific contributions and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Manuscript Requirements

Authors must ensure that their manuscript complies with the following requirements:

  • The manuscript must be written in English using clear academic language.

  • The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism.

  • The manuscript must follow the ICIT Journal template.

  • The manuscript length must be between 10 and 14 pages.

  • The manuscript must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

  • The manuscript must include the following sections:

    • Title

    • Author names and affiliations

    • Abstract (150–200 words)

    • Keywords (3–5 keywords)

    • Introduction

    • Literature Review

    • Methodology

    • Results and Discussion

    • Conclusion

    • Acknowledgment

    • Conflicts of Interest

    • References

Reference Format

ICIT Journal uses the IEEE citation style.

References must:

  • Be listed in numerical order based on appearance in the text.

  • Use recent and relevant scholarly sources.

  • Preferably include journal articles and conference proceedings.

Example:

[1] A. Author, "Title of paper," Journal Name, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 1–10, 2024.

Formatting

Authors must use the official ICIT Journal template with the following general format:

  • Paper size: A4

  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt

  • Single spacing

  • Single-column layout

The template file can be downloaded from the journal website.

Plagiarism Screening

All manuscripts will be screened using Turnitin plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with high similarity scores may be rejected or returned for revision.

Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Authors must register and follow the submission steps provided.

Authors who publish with ICIT Journal agree to the following terms:

  • Authors retain copyright of their work.

  • Authors grant ICIT Journal the right to publish and distribute the article.

  • Articles are published under an open access policy.

  • Authors are responsible for the content of their manuscript.
