APC (Article Processing Charges)

Innovative Creative and Information Technology (ICIT) Journal does not charge any Article Processing Charges (APC). Submission, peer review, editorial processing, and publication of accepted articles are provided free of charge.

However, in accordance with the Rector’s Decree of the University of Raharja (Decree No. 342/SK-PENETAPAN/UR/IV/2025), a plagiarism similarity check using Turnitin software is required as part of the journal’s quality assurance process.

Plagiarism Checking Fee

The plagiarism checking service is conducted by the journal editorial office using licensed Turnitin software. The applicable fees are as follows:

First Similarity Check

  • Internal Authors (University of Raharja): IDR 50,000

  • External Authors (Other Institutions): IDR 150,000

Second Similarity Check (if required)

  • Internal Authors: IDR 25,000

  • External Authors: IDR 100,000

This fee applies only to plagiarism checking services and does not guarantee acceptance or publication of the manuscript.

All manuscripts must undergo plagiarism screening administered by the editorial office to ensure compliance with publication ethics and academic integrity standards.

  • ICIT Journal does not charge submission fees or publication fees.

  • The plagiarism checking fee is an administrative cost for similarity screening services only.

  • All manuscripts will proceed through the standard peer review process regardless of the plagiarism checking outcome.
