Etika Publikasi
Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information System adalah jurnal nasional elektronik peer-review yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Raharja. Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information System terbit pertama kali pada tahun 2015, sebagai jurnal ilmiah yang terbit secara daring untuk menyebarluaskan hasil-hasil penelitian dalam bidang soft computing kepada masyarakat serta memberikan sarana untuk bertukar informasi bagi para peneliti, praktisi dan pengguna teknologi tersebut. Pernyataan Etika Publikasi ini merupakan pernyataan kode etik bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses publikasi, yaitu pengelola, penyunting, peninjau, dan penulis. Pernyataan ini disusun dan diadaptasi dari COPE Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
Pedoman Etika untuk Publikasi Jurnal Publikasi naskah dalam jurnal ini ditujukan untuk ikut membangun jaringan pengetahuan yang kokoh dan bermartabat. Setiap naskah merupakan cerminan kompetensi penulis serta lembaga pendukungnya. Proses peninjauan (peer-review) terhadap naskah yang akan dimuat dalam jurnal ini dijalankan sesuai dengan metode ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi semua pihak yang terlibat dalam proses publikasi, yaitu penerbit, pengelola, penyunting, peninjau, dan penulis; untuk mematuhi kode etik ini.
Tanggung Jawab Penerbit Universitas Raharja, selaku penerbit Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information System bertanggung jawab: 1. Mengawasi seluruh tahap penerbitan dengan sungguh-sungguh, dengan mematuhi kode etik serta tanggung jawab lainnya. 2. Menjamin kebebasan akademik bagi para editor dan reviewer dalam menjalankan tugasnya masing-masing. Dukungan komersial seperti iklan, cetak ulang, atau pendapatan lainnya tidak mempengaruhi keputusan editorial. 3. Membantu komunikasi dengan jurnal dan / atau penerbit lain bilamana diperlukan.

Publication Ethic
Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information System is a peer-reviewed electronic national journal published by the University of Raharja. Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information System was first published in 2015, as a scientific journal published online to disseminate research results in the field of soft computing to the public and provide a means to exchange information for researchers, practitioners, and users of the technology.
This Statement of Publication Ethics is a statement of the code of ethics for all parties involved in the publication process, namely managers, editors, reviewers, and writers.
This Statement was prepared and adapted from the COPE Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication
The publication of manuscripts in this journal is intended to help build a strong and dignified knowledge network. Each manuscript is a reflection of the competence of the author and his supporting institutions. The peer-review process for manuscripts to be published in this journal is carried out according to the scientific method. Therefore, it is very important for all parties involved in the publication process, namely publishers, managers, editors, reviewers, and authors; to comply with this code of conduct.
Publisher Responsibilities
The University of Raharja, as the publisher of the Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information Systems is responsible for:
1. Supervise all stages of publishing seriously, complying with the code of ethics and other responsibilities.
2. Ensure academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties. Commercial endorsements such as advertising, reprints, or other revenue do not influence editorial decisions.
3. Assist with communication with other journals and/or publishers when necessary.
Editor's Responsibilities
The editors of the Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information Systems are responsible for:
1. Publication decision
Decide which manuscripts are worthy of publication by the editorial board's policy which refers to the applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, duplication, data fabrication, data falsification, and plagiarism.
Observing the validity of the manuscript and its impact on researchers and readers.
Conduct editorial and review board meetings to make decisions on publication-worthy manuscripts when necessary.
2. Objectivity
Evaluate manuscripts based on their intellectual weight, without distinction of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, nationality, or political ideology of the author.
3. Confidentiality
Maintain the confidentiality of information about the manuscript, in addition to the author concerned, reviewers, prospective reviewers, editors, and publishers, according to assignments in the process of publishing the manuscript.
4. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Prevent the use of the material in the manuscript for the editor's research without the written consent of the author.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers of the Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information Systems are responsible for:
1. Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Assist editors in making publishing decisions on manuscripts.
Helping authors improve the quality of manuscripts through the delivery of review results to authors.
2. on Time
Notify the editor and withdraw from the review process if they feel they are not qualified to review the research reported in a manuscript.
Notify the editor and withdraw from the review process if it is not possible to carry out a timely review.
3. Confidentiality
Treat each manuscript reviewed as a confidential document.
Maintain the confidentiality of every manuscript reviewed by all parties, except with the permission of the editor.
4. Objectivity
Review the manuscript objectively based on its intellectual weight, without distinction of race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, nationality, or political philosophy of the author.
Present the results of the review clearly with supporting arguments.
Avoid directing personal criticism of the author.
5. Library Acknowledgment
Identify other relevant works that have been published, and have not been cited by the authors.
Ensure that every observation, formulation, or argument in the manuscript, which is written based on previously published works, has been quoted by applicable regulations.
Submit to the editor, if they find themselves, the similarity in substance or overlap between the manuscript and other published works.
6. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Maintain the confidentiality of information and ideas obtained through the peer review process, and do not use them for personal gain.
Notify the editor and withdraw from the manuscript review process if there is a conflict of interest, whether from the competition, collaboration, or other relationships with the authors, companies, and any institutions connected to the manuscript.
Author Responsibilities
The author of the manuscript submitted to the Journal Sensi: Strategic of Education in Information Systems is responsible for:
1. Reporting Research Results
Submit an accurate report accompanied by an objective discussion of the significance of the research conducted.
Presenting data accurately in the script.
Provide sufficient research and literature detail to allow others to replicate the work in the manuscript.
Prevent the submission of false or intentionally inaccurate statements in the manuscript.
2. Data Access and Retention
Submit raw research data used in the manuscript, when requested for manuscript review.
Retain research raw data for a reasonable duration of time after the publication of the manuscript.
Provide public access to research data (consistent with the ALPSP-STM Statement on Data and Databases), where applicable.
3. Originality and Plagiarism
Ensure that the submitted manuscript is an original work.
4. Library Acknowledgment
Quoting according to the provisions that apply to all works and/or words of others that support the manuscript.
Quoting by applicable regulations for works that influence determining the nature of the manuscript.
5. Multiple, or Concurrent Publications
Prevent the publishing of manuscripts that essentially describe the same research in more than one major journal or publication.
Prevent submission of the same manuscript to more than one journal at the same time.
6. Acknowledgment of Authorization
State personnel who contributed significantly to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of the reported research, as the lead author.
Declare personnel who contributed significantly, as co-authors.
Recognize or certify personnel who have participated in certain substantive aspects of the research project as contributors.
Ensure that all authors listed have the right to be acknowledged for their authorship in the manuscript.
Ensure that all authors have seen and approved the final form of the manuscript and have approved its submission for publication.
7. Hazard Risks and Human or Animal Subjects
State clearly in the text, if there are chemicals, procedures, or equipment that has a risk of danger in their use.
State clearly in the manuscript, if it must comply with the code of ethics for research related to human and/or animal subjects.
8. Disclosure and Conflict of Interest
Disclose any financial or other substantive conflict of interest that may be construed as influencing the results or interpretation of the submitted manuscript.
Disclosing all sources of financial research support.
9. Significant Errors in the Manuscript
Notify the editor or publisher and work with the editor to retract or correct the manuscript, when it finds significant errors in the submitted manuscript.
