Pendekatan Design Thinking dan Google Lighthouse untuk Peningkatan Usability UI/UX Website Wisma Lansia Aisyiyah Kudus

Abstract

This study aims to implement and test a website-based data management system for the Aisyiyah Kudus Elderly Home which is intended for administrators and families of the elderly with a Design Thinking approach. In the digital era, an efficient information system is very important to improve the quality of service at the Aisyiyah Kudus elderly home, especially in website development. The research method includes data collection using the System Usability Scalesuvey to evaluate user satisfaction. The result indicate that developed website achieved an average score of 72.75, categorizing it as “Good” in term of usability. Responsiveness testing using Google Lighthouse obtained an average performance of around 82 or showed good performance with smooth access. This findings emphasize the importance of a user-friendly interface design and the alignment of features with the needs of caregivers and residents of the elderly home. This research provides significant contributions to the development of information systems in social service, especially in managing data for elderly, and offers recommendations for further relevant and sustainable development in the future.
