Pengembangan Aplikasi Untuk Monitoring Laporan Bulanan Dan Pembayaran PPATQ RF Pati

Abstract

The Tahfidzul Qur'an Raudlatul Falah Children's Islamic Boarding School, located in Bermi, Gembong, Pati, was founded on June 1 2009 by the Raudlatul Falah Foundation. This Islamic boarding school aims to produce a generation of young people who memorize the Koran with education based on religion and morals. However, the increasing number of students and the increasing complexity of data management give rise to various administrative challenges. To overcome this, this research developed a web-based application to make it easier to manage monthly reports related to finances, Tahfidz Program and student payments. Development uses Agile methods, which allows for flexibility and iterative adjustments based on user needs. The stages include planning, gradual development, evaluation and continuous improvement by involving the Islamic boarding school as stakeholders. This system is integrated with a database to ensure accurate and real-time data management. The implementation results show that this application can make it easier to record and monitor student data efficiently, increase management transparency, and reduce human error. By implementing this application, Islamic boarding school administrative processes become more structured and support the achievement of educational goals in Islamic boarding schools
