This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The method used in this study is a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Data was collected from 54 employees of PT. Duraquipt Cemerlang, who were the respondents in this research. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability sampling, with a quantitative, associative approach using primary data. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 30. The results of the study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as the t-count value is greater than the t-table value (2.139 > 2.008). Similarly, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the t-count value being greater than the t-table value (5.220 > 2.008). Overall, both compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance when considered together, with the F-count value being greater than the F-table value (55.238 > 3.18).
